Basil sauce

I am kind of person that always have homemade pesto in the fridge, so when i want to make this sauce it is so easy and quick. This sauce you can be used hot or cold, either way is very tasty!


  • 125 gr. creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp. pesto
  • few figs of basil
  • parmesan cheese
  • pine nuts (roasted)
  • chili flakes


  • Get your pan on a medium heat, add the pesto
  • Add the pine nuts and parmesan cheese
  • Add the creme fraiche and stir till it is all combined and heated.
  • finish off with some chili flakes and a leave of basil.
