I am kind of person that always have homemade pesto in the fridge, so when i want to make this sauce it is so easy and quick. This sauce you can be used hot or cold, either way is very tasty!
- 125 gr. creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp. pesto
- few figs of basil
- parmesan cheese
- pine nuts (roasted)
- chili flakes
- Get your pan on a medium heat, add the pesto
- Add the pine nuts and parmesan cheese
- Add the creme fraiche and stir till it is all combined and heated.
- finish off with some chili flakes and a leave of basil.
